These terms cover the use of PaperStamp. They're meant to be read, not skimmed past, so I've kept them short.
PaperStamp is a free set of browser-based tools for working with PDF and document files — merging, splitting, converting, and lightly editing them. All processing happens on your own device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You're welcome to use PaperStamp for personal or commercial work, free of charge, without creating an account. You agree not to use the site to process files in a way that's illegal in your jurisdiction — for example, forging documents or stripping identifying marks from files you don't have the rights to alter.
I've tested each tool, but document files vary enormously — a PDF from one piece of software can be structured very differently from one made by another. PaperStamp is provided "as is," without a guarantee that every tool will handle every file perfectly. In particular:
Always keep a copy of your original file until you've confirmed the output is what you needed.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to process any file you upload into PaperStamp's tools. Since files are processed locally in your browser and never reach a server I operate, I have no visibility into what you process and no ability to review it — the responsibility for that content sits with you.
To the extent permitted by law, PaperStamp and its operator aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools — including lost data, lost time, or a converted file that didn't turn out as expected.
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense to help cover hosting costs. Ads are provided by Google and its partners under their own terms, separate from these.
I may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use PaperStamp after an update means you accept the current version, which will always be posted here with the date at the top.
