If you're reporting a tool that didn't work as expected, it helps enormously if you mention which tool it was, roughly what kind of file you used (a scanned PDF behaves very differently from one exported from Word), and what happened instead of the result you expected.
I try to reply within a few days. This is a side project run alongside other work, so it's not a 24-hour support line — but every message does get read.
Because PaperStamp never receives or stores the files people process, there is nothing hosted here for a copyright claim to apply to.
